Tim was very thorough in his inspection of our prospective home. He took his time explaining to my wife and I what needed to be repaired along with explaining the many features of the home we weren't quite familiar with as new home buyers. I highly recommend him..he was very knowledgeable!

Tim performed a thorough inspection, which you would expect from a home inspector. He also provided a detailed report afterwards. However, we ran into some issues after the inspection (not related to Tim) but Tim was very responsive and continued to assist resolve the issue after the inspection. Highly recommend not just based on his work ethic but also his willingness to help you.

Tim is great! He helped me out with some mold that I had in my attic, apparently from a leak. Besides that he helped me out with some improvements around the house(insulation), and recommended some great contractors!

It was a great experience with expert inspection and consulting group. I scheduled an appointment to evaluate air quality due to mold problem at my previous rent. Tim is a very professional and responsible person. He brought tools and checked several places where mold grew and quickly found the root cause. Exceptional. Very professional, extremely knowledgeable, detail oriented superior service. Was a pleasure working with the company and would recommend them to anyone.
