These guys came out 3x and dropped the ball . They didn’t locate the problem which needed up turning into a leak that damaged my foundation. Owner refuses to provide any remedy rather than saying he discounted 4 ton 15 seer system by $$1500 when I’m fact that’s because they couldn’t find a 5 ton unit to replace what I have. Not even an apology from the owner for his employees missing thre mark. And to top it off one of his employees went back to the office and said I refused to pay. Eric and his crew were a dream to work with. The arrived at the appointed time and knocked out the job ( 2 units) in two days. Eric worked with us with another company to install solar panels. The resulting package gives us refrigerated air and solar electricity for less than our current electric bill. Kudos to Eric and Expert Refrigeration!

Expert in my book is such a wonderful company. I am a customer and I just can't say enough about this company. They stand behind their products a service unlike many contractors you find in our area. Believe me when I say they do the job right and always stand behind their work. Even when my Nest thermostat went out due to a faulty wifi chip from******* they sent a tech out to take a look and help out. ************************* I highly recommend Eric and his service crew from installation to service.
