Expert Services did the diagnostic/fix of our failing AC, excellent service as always, price was within the expected range, they did not pressure us to change the AC as most companies do.
The technicians at Expert Home Service-Clermont are always friendly and knowledgeable about our old A/C unit. They have done a great job keeping it working all of these years.

I was given a 8-12pm time frame for an annual maintenance. The technician finally showed up at 1:00 without a word of apology and with no phone call to let me know he’d be late. This is the 3rd time that this has happened to me. If your company can't make the appointments within the time frame given, then just tell people 8-5, at least then you don't have to make other arrangements for the afternoon.
