From start to finish, Austin did a marvelous job inspecting a home my wife and I were expecting to purchase. "Attention to detail, should become his middle name". I am very pleased with the inspection done on the property I was interested in buying. Austin took his time and did a comprehensive review of the property. He found all types of hidden issues with the exterior and interior structures of the home. His inspection saved me from purchasing a money pit. Inspection of the roof, plumbing, heating, and cooling issues was the most crucial. He also found possible issues with radon and carbon monoxide leaks.
