Didn't find the rotting out deck wood... Didn't find the rotting wood on roof... Didn't seem to notice quite a lot of the major things that would need fixing. Spent about 1/3 of the time on the inspection of a 2 floor 3600 Sq ft home that we were told it would take. Took our money happily though - that at least they did correctly. Would not recommend for anything past inspecting a doll house.

I needed to have an inspection ASAP. Chuck was able to come and look at the house I was looking to buy. He explained everything he was looking at and answered any and all questions. He could potentially save you allot. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I'd definitely recommend!

Chuck was absolutely wonderful! He was thorough and knowledgeable, and also personable and fun to work with. Chuck was patient as we asked what seemed like a thousand questions and explained the results of our inspection clearly. Connie from the office was very sweet, helpful, and approachable. We highly recommend Expert Home Inspections!
