As others have mentioned, Expert is a solid operation. Frank and Ingrid managed to get our current aide Collins on fairly short notice in late October when we had to fire a dreadful aide from Lifeworx—steer clear of them. They made the transition so easy and Frank even drove Collins to my parents house which I thought was a class act. The communication from the office and nurses has been excellent overall.
