First off, Jay is a true professional. Took my call right away and scheduled an inspection in a timely fashion. He was very trustworthy, kind, easy to talk to, and informative. He knew his stuff and made me very confident in my decision making on the home in question. I don't typically leave reviews online but he's a local guy that I trust and will support in the future.

I absolutely would not trust him as your home inspector. His inspection report is misleading and he did the bare minimum report out. My roof, dishwasher, and fridge were stated as "serviceable" but my insurance inspection called out roof issues and both appliances did not work when moving in. He was rude when I asked for help and clarification. I would not trust him ever. There is a reason he is the cheapest inspector.

Jay was a pleasure to work with. He was very professional, thorough and attentive to detail. He encouraged questions to be asked at any point in time and happily answered them.
