Expert Home Builders built our dream home for us. Everyone we worked with was excellent and professional throughout the planning and building. Their designs were creative and based entirely on how we live. And the quality of their work is impeccable. We loved working with them every step of the way!
Keep looking if you wish to build a new construction home. I would rate this company a negative 5 if allowed. We built with them as they were changing names from Town & Country. New name, but same issues. Windows were left open in dead of winter from the drywall people and we were hit with an INSANELY high electric bill. When we told the owner his response was “that’s why the bill is in your name, you pay it”. The project manger failed to check on the contractors and it went 5 weeks with no activity. Expert Home Builders did a great job building our home. They are easy to work with, kept me informed of the process during construction and stayed within my budget. We modified one of their home plans and we could not be more pleased. We love our new home! I highly recommend Expert Home Builders.

No experts! – These jokers couldn't build an outhouse without screwing it up! If you want to pull all of your hair out just get these jokers to build you a house! It took them nine months to build mine! There were numerous problems during construction. After they finished mine they changed there name from Town and Country Homes to Expert Home Builders.
