Very professional and offered quick service.
The staff were punctual and courteous. Matters were handled very efficiently, but, best of all, the staff were friendly. Both the receptionist and the audiologist were very good at their jobs and instilled confidence. It was a pleasure to do business with this company.
Fantastic place. Super friendly. Everything was explained to me regarding my hearing. They immediately gave me a set of hearing aids to try out. It’s changed my life! I’m so happy to hear the simple things in life that we take for granted. They didn’t try to sell me the most expensive ones but simply explained the difference between them and what may work for me. Even though I’m in Regina I would and will happily travel with the customer service they offer. I highly recommend. The prices is are very reasonable too.
