Didn't work out for me The volume in my hearing aids seemed to have gone down so I went to Connect Hearing to have them turned up a little. I have top of the line Phonac that I paid $6,000 for, but they are getting old. She gave me a hearing test and said that my hearing hadn't changed much since the last test, and I just needed new hearing aids at a cost of $4,900. Recent hearing testing Alice Penny was very professional and gave me good advice. She explained everything and even had me try a hearing aid to see if it helped! This office is great!
Hearing I want to thank everyone at the San Juan office for their wonderful assistance on my hearing aids. I was greeted by Belle and Penny (Alice Lilly) in the front office with smiles and courtesy that is deeply appreciated. My problems were addressed by Penny and I am now enjoying the comfort of good hearing. Thanks to both ladies. I will let everyone know where to go with hearing problems. Again I cannot express how great the feeling is to know my needs and concerns will be well taken care of in the San Juan office.
I would recommend Expert Hearing to anyone with hearing loss! All I can say is go to Expert Hearing. I've worn hearing aids for a long time and have never been to an audiologist who was so experienced and knowledgeable and took such good care of me. Prices were great but most of all I can hear so much better than with my old hearing aids. If you need to hear better you need to go and see them.
