Absolutely horrible company. Stay away at all costs. We trusted them to remodel our home and were rewarded with missed deadline after missed deadline until what was supposed to be a 4-6 month project dragged out to be 18 months and still not finished. When they demanded that we pay the final payment early despite them not being anywhere close to finishing our project, they left the project and we had a house that was unlivable. So, confused why my review from September last year, 2023, is not showing. Horrible experience with door replacement and now, when I went to clean the transom above one of the doors I see why it is foggy. The glass is cracked and only could have been done when the doors were replaced. Consistent problems with that door since it was installed. I hope this post doesn't disappear as well. Issues with quality and customer service. Avoid!
AVOID! They plumbed my new bath (after some unnecessarily complicated communications) last year but this week the ceiling directly below their work was wet again. I’ve been calling and emailing them for over two weeks and they are ignoring me. They keep saying ‘I’ll get someone to call you back right away’ and they never do.
Deleted my review - update
I just used Expert Handyman for drywall repair, painting the interior of my condo, and replacing a toilet. Their staff was responsive and professional throughout the entire process. The estimate/scheduling/billing team was amazing. The team that did the work in my unit was on time on day 1, finished the work early without a single issue, and the final cost was right below the estimate. My unit looks brand new!
