diamond in the rough I had never noticed this gym in my town because the front is a very plain, even old-looking strip mall that I never frequent. But after a recommendation from another mom, I went to see it and it was shockingly new and large inside. Expert Fitness What a great place to get away from it all and of course, exercise! They have the latest in equipment, including brand new spinning cycles and treadmills. Their staff is helpful and always readily available. The childcare is equiped to care for children up to age 10 or 11 and my children love to go and see their friends while I work out. Less stress, more results! Awesome place!
fitness authority This gym is by far a great place to workout. The classes very good and the staff is very experienced and helpful. They have just updated their equipment by purchasing all new spinning bikes and treadmills. I highly recommend this gym to stay fit.
Best in the area This gym is the best in the area. They offer a large selection of classes, quality machines, a small juice bar, and affordable babysitting. The gym is very clean and staff is very helpful.
Great health club! A wide variety of fitness classes offered at various times throughout the day make it easy to find the perfect class for you. If you're not into group exersise classes, they also have plenty of treadmills (all new!), elipticals, bikes, stair climbers, etc. They also have a great variety of weight machines and free weights, and they offer babysitting! The staff is friendly, and tries to greet everyone by name, making you feel welcome.
Fitness Authority Health Club Awesome health club!! They offer massages, tanning and babysitting. They have group classes and spinning.The instructors are very energetic. Fun club to go to.
