Very nice practice. Plenty of personnel to help out the doctor - we came for our appointment and were taken in quickly. Doctor Veronica is very attentive and gave us some valuable recommendations. I highly recommend this practice for the whole family.
I can’t recommend this place enough! They are the best! The doctor is incredible, and the girls at the front desk are so nice and professional. The entire experience was seamless and pleasant. Plus, their selection of glasses is amazing—there’s something for everyone. I’m so happy I found this place!
I recently had an eye exam and was thoroughly impressed with the service. Lupita at the check-in desk was welcoming and knowledgeable, setting a positive tone from the start. Dr. Kacherova was professional, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions. Lauren explained my benefits in detail and was incredibly helpful. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was positive, and overall, it was an awesome experience. I highly recommend this place!
Very unprofessional and lazy front desk. Makes you feel unwelcome. I made an appointment two weeks prior and during these two weeks the receptionist didn’t contact my insurance to check benefits and never let me know until the time of my visit. So I drove back and forth just to hear that she has to call them to verify and I have to pay out of pocket and maybe it will be partially reimbursed. Why not let me know before my appointment?
