Excellent service and support from Kave Campbell- Project Manager- throughout. He assisted and provided guidance ref insurance documentation and coordinated with State Farm as necessary. Roofing crew was efficient and completed what I deem is an excellent job in 2 days; along with the necessary warranties etc. I strongly recommend Expert Exteriors. (Windsor,CO- Ptarmigan area)
I had my roof replaced by Expert Exteriors and can say I am Very Happy with the quality of the work, attention to detail, and speed of replacement. So the story starts with Hail Storm in mid-August. I opened a claim with my Insurance company, USAA, to inspect the damage and estimate repairs. The independent inspectors severely undervalued the repairs and missed several key code violations. He worked closely with my insurance adjuster to make all of the initial stages went smoothly. Chris is one of the most efficient and meticulous contractors I have worked with. He kept me up-to-date regarding each step - from the process of dealing with my solar panels to ensuring my HVAC cap was correctly replaced.
