DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY - EVEN IF YOU WIN A LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM, THEY WILL TRY TO AVOID PAYING YOU. They installed the wrong blower motor in my HVAC system last summer, which didn't work correctly and ran up my utility bills. The motor company verified that this was the wrong motor for my particular system. I complained twice to Expert Express and they did nothing. I had to have another company come in to add a relay to fix the problem. When I tried to get compensation from Expert Express for the second repair, they refuse... read more
