installed remote start in my truck and didn't seal firewall where wiring went through firewall and caused a leak.after a couple days of heavy storms it flooded the floor of truck and truck wouldn't start. dealer said crappy installation caused damage, and insurance said Go after shop. I talked to owner and he was rude and was like o- well
Jason and his crew always do good work. If there has ever been an issue or something that needs correction they have ALWAYS been quick to resolve it
I had Expert Electronics (Machesney Park location) install a subwoofer package as well as tint the windows all around. I was pleased with the work that was done. About a month later I discovered minor accidental damage caused by the location chosen for placement of one of the amps. Expert electronics did an amazing job detailing my car. Inside and out for a super affordable price. And it smells amazing! Not a single dog hair is left. And they even cleaned my child's carseat. I think my car actually looks and smells better than when I bought it.
I have had several vehicles worked on here, alarm for work truck, remote start for wife's car, stereo for my car, all are quality installs and have had great results. Highly recommended.
