I own a HVAC company and needed something like this so Sent them a message because of the website said they would not take a credit card because of crappy customers. Asked if there was another form of payment because I was not going to pay with a check in the mail. They responded saying “then you wont get a ladder crane”. I responded “great salesmanship”. I wouldn't give them 1 star. Tried to email and call for details...received and mail stating 'Unfortunate for you...' Very suspicious. Update, received another email with an insult from this vendor. Very unprofessional and rude.
