I got a gold necklace fixed here, it was quick and affordable. The staff were very friendly. Bonus, my necklace came back sparkling clean!
I just had someone else start our ring repair yesterday, the ring will be done next week. For the past 3 weeks I struggled to get this company to source a simpke material for our ring repair, really poor communication that seemed to be leading nowhere so we contacted someone else yesterday and they sourced the material same day. Recently had a pendant cast in gold. Great support and lots of recommendations provided by staff.
Honestly pretty disappointed. Got some pieces casted with set-in-place sapphires and all my stones came back cracked. I totally understand that there is always a risk of stones cracking, and I knew that going into it. I’m fairly new to casting so I understand all my pieces aren’t going to turn out perfect and there’s a learning curve on my part.
