I had a couple of rings that needed repair. They did a great job on the one-basic repair and super shiny when I got it back. The other needed a new diamond—very reasonable and great repair as well. All in all, would highly recommend for price, timeliness, and customer service!

I just had someone else start our ring repair yesterday, the ring will be done next week. For the past 3 weeks I struggled to get this company to source a simpke material for our ring repair, really poor communication that seemed to be leading nowhere so we contacted someone else yesterday and they sourced the material same day. Not sure why this business couldn't get this started but they should work on their customerservice and procurementprocesses.
