Expert Carpet Repair was able to repair my carpet. He stretched carpet instead of trying convince me to get new carpet. He and his team are very honest. They truly do know their stuff.
Expert Carpet Repair was suggested by my boss. I had carpet buckles. William used his father's tool to stretch my carpet and repaired it for me. There are no buckles now and the carpet looks incredible.
My dog absolutely shredded my carpet in the living room. I sent Michael some pictures of the damage and he called me later that day with a quote. He was super flexible with finding a time to come out and fix it. They arrived 15 minutes early and were very friendly and professional. We ended up taking the carpet out of my closet and patching the doorway area, then putting new carpet in my closet. They replaced it all in about two hours and it looks like nothing ever happened. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
