We had a great experience with Steve at Expert Carpet Cleaning! We have two kids, a dog, and white Berber carpet, so our stairs were looking pretty dingy from everyday traffic. I was honestly very hesitant to hire anyone because of the type of carpet we have. Since it's only about 1.5 years old, I didn't want any aggressive scrubbing or agitation that could pull or damage the loops. I wanted someone experienced who would actually take care of our carpet.
