I arrived home to find a water problem in my basement. I called Expert and they promptly scheduled a service visit for the next. The technician arrived he was friendly, professional and on time. He resolved the issues I was having in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Expert Basement waterproofing to any body who has water issues in the basement. I can say from experience in working with some of the other company's who do this work they are the best.
We had a water problem in our basement (carpet getting wet in an isolated area). The first company (NOT Expert Basement Waterproofing, but a nation wide company) that came out told us that our water table under our house was full and the water was coming from the foundation seam.
