Staff was very good at what they do SELL. I was in need of a car and they wanted a sell 4000 out of pocket and once the deal was complete I was informed taxes and titles were not included. I was completely transparent about having no job and no money but needed transportation to change my situation. That 4000 was my last, Thanks customer with a parked car with no air because I can't take the risk of getting a ticket.
