This review is long overdue. Been coming this place for the past years, and have always drove out satisfied. Good people and very reasonable. Car experts indeed, and will always take the extra step to help you out.
Before I went in this shop I don't have a problem opening the hood of my car. They did a diagnostic test, and I was trying to open the hood it won't open the cable was stuck. Went back there and talk to Sam (manager), and he was trying to open it, but he couldn't. He told me I need a cable for my hood, and he wouldn't even try to fix it. They broke the cable of my hood, and they want me to buy and pay for it. Sam is BS, I'm not coming back here anymore, and not recommending this shop.
I would definitely not recommend this place. First of all, you have to be dealing with the managers/owners who are just a bunch of clowns that are always making stupid comments. Crazy overpriced labor and worst thing of all, has to be done again. I was there for a flat tire, they charged me $20.00 for a plug but since I had no spare tire, I had to pay the money. About an hour after the flat fix I realized the tire was flat again.
