I have been using Expert Auto for as many years as they have been at the 37th and Woodlawn location. For the past year or so, I've had several issues with getting my vehicles serviced there. Most recently, I had to take my car back in this morning to have fasteners put in where the bottom engine shield attaches. While the events below did play out from my perspective, things were made right after, as explained. Had a check engine light on and read the code myself to know what I was getting into. Found the error code related to a part that may or may not be going out so I called one day to ask if there was time to take a look at the issue. I requested they replace the part attributed to the error code and I was told "We will just have to diagnose it ourselves when you come in". We took our van for an oil change before leaving for vacation. The service was fast and friendly. Unfortunately, we noticed a slow leak from the oil pan bolt. When we took it to our normal maintenance guy, he said the seal was damaged and needed to be replaced.
