Excellent auto repair! I live about an hour away and I'd drive further if I needed my car worked on. The crew is friendly and knowledgeable, making every effort to provide the best customer service at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Expert Auto!
Ok not bad
I took my older car there with complaints of 2 different issues. They kept the car and into the next morning. The point I'm making is of the time that they put into diagnosing my problems. 1 was a transmission issue and they told me that they didn't handle that, its OK. The 2nd issue would have probably cost a lot and then maybe not even worked correctly. I'm ok with their honesty. I took my 21 year old truck to the 13th Street location to have my upper ball joints replaced. They looked at it and discovered my lower ball joints were bad too. They told me what would need to be done and the price before any work was started. I only had to wait 1 day before they got my truck in the shop and the work was completed the same day it was started.
