Same problems as stated in previous review by Laura. Terrible!!!!! If at all possible use someone else. Do your homework on this guy!!
Stay away from this appraiser. We were warned about him by local agents and via google reviews. He previously was reprimanded and stripped of his license for false appraisels. He has obviously regained his appraisal license, and we hoped that maybe a few people weren't happy with him and we may be ok. He appraised our potential home 20k less than local agents could possibly fathom, at the lowest. He did not do his research with the comps, and is not aware of the local market and today's values.
