Charged $100 just to come look at my fridge to tell me we need an entire new door because our water line froze. Did not complete any service.

Dave came out to fix my fridge and had to come back again since there were still issues. He told me that he needed to order another part and would call me as soon as it came in. That was TWO MONTHS AGO! I've called several times and left about 5 voicemails, nothing! I too am a small business owner and this kind of service is just unacceptable. He's a VERY nice guy, but I just can't say anything good about this company's lack of customer service.
