The ice maker in my refrigerator was leaking and I could not stop it from making ice. Alex came out and explained that it would be $300 to replace the valve and repair the ice maker. We decided to have him just replace the valve. After several hours, the hoses were hooked up backwards so when we attempted to dispense water, it would shoot out into the ice maker. I would never use any other appliance/repair center ever again. These people were extremely fair priced, knowledgeable, and flexible when it came to my appointment to fix my washing machine. Last week on January 16, 2017, I called Expert Appliance Center regarding a freezer that needed to be checked for Freon before being disposed of by my Wast Management Specialist. The sales person told me that it would cost $50 just to dispatch someone to my house. I agreed and Mark arrived at my house the following day. However, they forgot to tell me the most important detail that it would cost me $150 to remove the Freon.
