Rick and his team have serviced both my offices HVAC and my home HVAC. I’ve worked with several companies over the years but his gave me the most thorough explanations and didn’t try to sell me the most expensive repairs and they were so quick to respond!
I would not recommend this company. They installed damaged parts and replaced those parts with more damaged parts. We had Expert Air install a heat pump and two mini splits in our home. After a few months they both began to make a loud ticking noise that could be heard from another room. After their repair team diagnosed fan blades that had been bent in shipping I scheduled an appointment. No one arrived within the window of the appointment.
