confused why place is rated so well. I went in to replace a broken screen and they continually replaced it with half-working screens. had to go in another 3 times. then they attempted to gaslight me into thinking that i “typed faster than the average person” which was why the screens they replaced mine with didn’t respond to touch??
Waste of my time. It took weeks getting a proper diagnosis and then the price was doubled. So I ended up wasting nearly 3 weeks without my laptop getting repaired, as I was not willing to pay double. The clerk is super nice though and gives good customer service, but the tech team in Sydney seem less effective.
