Waste of my time. It took weeks getting a proper diagnosis and then the price was doubled. So I ended up wasting nearly 3 weeks without my laptop getting repaired, as I was not willing to pay double. The clerk is super nice though and gives good customer service, but the tech team in Sydney seem less effective.
Came here based on all the 5 star reviews & they are definitely not a coincidence! Needed to update the software on my 2017 MacBook Air to be able to run the latest version of an app I use in my small business. Went to officeworks who advised it was impossible to do this as my Mac was too old & I would have to buy a new one. 2 weeks ago, I gave my phone with screen issue to them and was offered free service if they can't repair it. Then, they repaired my SamungA52's screen perfectly for 50 bucks.
Solid service at comparable price without any hassles and very quick 30min turnaround for an iPhone XR screen replacement. Thank you for your professional and fast service.
Great service, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. The staff is friendly and the quality of the repair is excellent.
