We hired them for lawn and perimeter. We cancelled the perimeter because we saw no value. The lawn service was not very effective either. Our yard still has a ton of weeds. Then they started treating our yard for tick and flea without our authorization. I called and left a message to talk to someone. In the message I said we didn't order that service. I was a Scott's customer two years ago and chose to return. I just called and was routed to a sales office in Chicago. 'Andy' asked me numerous times for my information, and then asked me if I was sure I was in Michigan. He kept calling me 'Bud' as he was telling me I wasn't in the system. I called again, routed this time to Sterling Heights, were a woman had all my information and set up service immediately. Andy, you almost lost a sale for Scott's!

We went with this company 2 years ago for lawn service. Before starting, we discussed having 5 weed control treatments and 0 fertilization treatments, which was agreed on. After the first application, our lawn was still covered in weeds, so we took them up on their guarantee and called them to come back. They told us that it had been a fertilization treatment, not weed control. My wife decided to use your perimeter pest control service. We had experienced occasional ant visits in the past. And on one occasion an ant invasion. This was not one of her summer high points. Since using your service I have seen only 2 ants in the house. They both were on their last legs. Seems they made it through the barrier but not by much. A fine service!!!!
