I will be an Experienced Electric customer for the long haul! Brian and his team are all super nice and honest. I got some other quotes for a new electrical panel (mice ate away at mine) prior to calling EE and they all tried to upsell me, saying I needed all new this and that and it would be thousands of dollars.
