Chad and his crew always do such an exceptional job on any of our vehicle issues and maintenance. They always go above and beyond like today when we dropped off our truck unscheduled after hearing some strange noises and being wearing of driving. Before lunch they had figured out it was a broken emergency brake and replaced the cable and it was ready to pick up by 3pm. These guys are honest and do great work. We've been to a lot of repair shops and won't go to anyone else now.
Excellent customer service! First time I went here, I took my 1992 Pontiac in for a few things-one being the fact that it didn't run. They fixed me right up. I never had to get those phone calls like "well, you know we tried this but now we think it's that and..." which was great! What sets them apart for me though, is when one of the parts that was installed malfunctioned a few weeks later but the guys at Experienced Auto didn't blink an eye and took care of it immediately. I came in to do my saftey and emissions done today, I had to bring my 3 year old twins with me, the shop manager was nice, but it took over an hour to get it done and I called to make an appointment that morning, also the floor was filthy, it looked like it hadn't been swept, mopped, or the carpets vacuumed in quit sometime, my twins hands and clothes were so dirty by the time we left I had to take them home to change them. They have been professional caring and very helpful every time we have dealt with them. In a tight situation they have even helped us with payment options!
