This was our first luau and was such a pleasant experience. It didn’t feel like another show rather a very well curated experience with all details taken care of. The food was organic, from the very same farm. The tradition, the speeches, the dances and the love put in every show and in the tour in the place were amazing!such a beautiful location in the hills.
When they say you are family, they really mean it. It started out with a great greeting and then the shows. Each one was wonderfully explained and set up. They get the group involved (including the kids). The food was wonderful and they had plenty. The views are phenomenal the crowd size was small. My husband and I had so much fun at this luau! The activities were interactive and atmosphere was casual and intimate. It’s located in the Puʻu ʻUalakaʻa state park so you get amazing views and an authentic experience! The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. It’s definitely not as refined as the bigger productions — their focus is on cultural immersion and coziness. We learned about traditional songs, dances, crafts, games, and more.
