We are so incredibly grateful for the service Ms. Shannon offers. My 4 year old needed several blood draws and it helped so much to be able to do this at home so that it was a trauma free experience. Ms. Shannon is so warm and personable. She came in and right away built rapport with my child and then easily & quickly found the vein in just one poke...no digging around! I am a special needs mom here. My daughter is five years old, on the spectrum, and requires frequent labs for medical comorbidities. Experience Hands is the best phlebotomist for children like my daughter with special needs. Her hands are experienced, soft, and steady. Never has my daughter required a second poke. There is no crying and no fear. I cannot recommend Ms. Shannon high enough. I feel lucky to have found her services as part of our care team.
