I cannot praise Dave Ferguson more highly. He successfully sold a parcel of land that I had tried unsuccessfully to sell for a considerable period of time. He is calm, positive, and realistic. If he had not been involved, I do not believe the property would have sold.

We've worked with Dave Ferguson 3x now and will always give Dave a great referral. This last sale was unfortunately due to a family death. Dave helped us out so much with referring us to different businesses to help us get the house ready for sale and even mowed the lawn at the house for us, multiple times. He also does appreciation bbqs each year and makes the best brisket. Thanks Dave! We hope we don't need another house purchase, but if we ever do, we will be calling again.
