I felt very good about my experience until I got the car home. The heater didn't work and I thought it was a bad thermostat but when I got it looked at someone had deliberately bypassed the heater core. A new heater core is a very expensive repair. I also have not yet received my licence plate. I am so disappointed Update: I have received my licence plate and Brian has been very helpful. A better communication was all that was needed. the worst in every way
I bought a car from them about 6 months ago and I had a bad experience from them especially brian he is not a good sales man when I bought the car it had a major oil leak change the gasket and it was still leaking oil ..to come find out it was a balancer ..then I had to replace the whole catalytic converter and it still wasn't working...then I had to turn around and buy a control module and then all the services lights would not go off ..and when I turn the heater on the radio would go static..and the hazard light wouldn't s... read more
The customer service was terrible, the dealer kept messing up the paperwork, when I would ask certain questions about my information he would get aggravated and say things like “do you honestly believe that I don’t want you in the car” he was incompetent he did not know what he was doing at all. They use cash app as a form of payment . The dealer didn’t even go over the contract with me. He messed up on his end and was trying to get me to renegotiate my contract.
