Had one appointment before they changed locations. I liked them well enough, but my next appointment was canceled, and I could never get a person to call me back to reschedule. At first I thought they were having problems due to the move, but now they seem to be closed down permanently. I finally found another dentist and when they obtained the insurance paperwork from my previous visit to Dr Freeman it had several charges on it for services I did not have including a pediodontic check up, and an emergency visit, aside from ... read more
At first, l was very pleased with Dr. Freeman. He is friendly and his office is quite unique. However, twice I had scheduled appointments only to arrive and find the business closed. I have to travel about 40 miles to get there. No one called to reschedule either appointment. I will not be using Dr. Freeman's services again.
Dr. Freeman and Expedition Dennntistry are top notch! They don't try to capitalize on their patients as many dentist seem to. Quite the contrary, they are totally reasonable and interested in their patients' well being. I have had several good experiences with this practice, and I can say that Dr. Freeman is very well - educated and really good at providing professional, compassionate care. You can expect an overwhelmingly friendly staff, a beautiful office, great music, and top-notch dental work. Dr. Freeman is the coolest dentist I've ever had. I highly reccomend their services.
Over a year and a half I was over billed consistently each time I had work done. The numbers total over $1700.00. I have been told time and time again (lip service) that they are working on it. My money has not been refunded and all my calls are going to an answering service. They are avoiding me. Also a $400.00 mouth guard (which was overpriced) has not been delivered to me. Dr. Scott is a crook. Very charming, yes, but he screwed me over when I told him I was relying on that money over the summer. Watch out. He will smile ... read more
