Andrea is most definitely a professional at what she does. I've used her services a few times in Ontario and recently she was able to assist me from my new residency in Nova Scotia. Andrea is professional, and thorough. She is completely knowledgeable in her field. But that is the basics of what you'd expect. It's the extra qualities she has, that make her legal services that much better. She is reachable at any time, and when I was panicked about my situation, and able to get her at first call instead of an answering machine, I could feel the calm coming over me and feeling that my situation was going to get better.
