Very reasonable and knowledgeable
Greg was hired to complete my roof and do some sheet rock repair as my ceiling collapsed in my room a day after I came home from the hospital with my newborn. Greg was hired after his estimate he gave to my landlord. The roof (which he had a different crew do) was done within the correct time frame. Greg was paid half the amount he quoted upfront before any work was done.
