Visited this urgent care clinic for the second time in 2 years. Very clean office, with friendly and professional staff with excellent expertise. Very pleased with my visit. Thank you ladies! :)
I originally made my appt with the Grand Prairie location for 9am today. I called at 9:08 to tell them I was running late. The girl who answered told me nobody was there anyway and that I'd have to go to another location. Why did I have to call to find that out? What if I was not running late and showed up at 9am only to be told I had to go somewhere else? Customer service was very helpful
Clean clinic - filled out new patient info and waited less than 15 minutes to be called in. Everyone was friendly and took care if my issue quickly. .
