I am so grateful for this urgent care center. I scheduled a 4pm appointment and someone called me at 2pm to ask me if I could come in at 5:15 instead due an in office procedure that was performed that took more time than expected. I said “no problem” because I appreciated the call vs. them having me come in at my regular time only to experience excessive wait time in office. I came in due to my nose piercing closing on the inside...piercing was a stud....the piercing place said I need to go to a Dr. Nevertheless I came in and the receptionist [Jenny] was very nice and professional...wait not long at all....NP came in Nume...she was young and had no piercing LOL but the Nurse Assistant [Chantel] was able to educator her on nose studs...Nevertheless NP said I dont think I can get it out but because of the blood vessels. My visit was great! The moment I walked in the entire staff was friendly, professional and attentive to my issue.
Best experience ever, crystal was the receptionist/nurse, she was like talking to a friend. I got in to see a doctor in just minutes. My doctor is Doctor Rosie, I wish she were my PCP, so sweet and easy to talk to. The clinic clean organized and efficient. That will be new go to. I highly recommend.
