If you want to use a company that has the absolute worst customer service imagenable then by all means use Expedia. I am happy to pay more money to never deal with these people again.
VRBO is the worst company to deal with in terms of customer service. They will not honor their end of the agreement and happily take but not refund your money when there is an issue. avoid at all costs
So called customer service is outsourced...unhelpful...rude...doesn't know or understand their own regulations....will never use site again
They actually charge more than booking direct and make it harder to get info on your trip! Avoid!
