Been an Expedia customer for 20 years.. I rented a room and purchased the insurance. This usually means that you are covered if you are unable to keep the reservation. So, i called and let them know that i would not be able to travel and please cancel my reservation. They said they couldn't get the property to reimburse my 240.00. I was a faithful Expedia customers for years but I will never use them again. I recently rented a room and the photographs of the property were very misleading. When I arrived, I found the area to be sketchy and was afraid to leave my car parked at the property. The photographs on Expedia looked like a well maintained property.
