Never use this Realty company. They underprice your home if you are the seller just to get the buying agent a sale. The inspector who worked for the buyer told me my home was underpriced by $25,000 to $30,000. We were under contract by that time. I would not recommend this realty to anyone. My questions were answered vaguely. I made a big mistake using this realty company. Get a realtor that will look out for the seller.
I couldn't find the website, so I'm not entirely sure how I'm getting this review. The house I wanted info about is already under contract so it's pretty useless at this point.
I was referred to Rebecca Hart by my agent in NC. She took the referral knowing that his referral fee was to be passed to me. In the end she went behind my back and took the money. She wIll not discuss with it me. Would not recommend doing business with her or any EXP agency . Gave them the star so my review could post. Stay away from EXP or expect the worse. Buyer or Seller beware.
