Demyan was really very persistent, kept on top of things and always seemed to strive for the best for the clients. We trusted him and felt like we could count on his experience. He was very very helpful and always reachable. Even if he couldn't answer the phone right away, he made sure to follow up with us.

Definitely selected the right person for the job. Demyan markets himself with brilliance, he markets your house with the same energy, values and professionalism which produces results. We were less than a week on the market, solid offer, cash, 30 day close. When you work with a team like that, we will be recommending Demyan to our friends and family.

I don't often write reviews, but I feel like I owe Demyan one. I have worked with quite a few realtors before but I have never worked with one like Demyan. He's simply the best!!! I have told him directly he deserves all his success and I really meant that. He recently helped me sell a property. He's responsive in every step. When you text, email or call him, you'll know for sure you'll hear back from him. Despite running his own business with a team, he makes you feel like he's your "personal" realtor. He is the best!!

Demyan is one of the best in the business! If you're in need of a realtor, I'd highly recommend! He helped me sell my home and get top dollar on the same weekend we listed. When we initially met, he gave me a list of items to update/do to make sure we'd get there. And he was always available for questions along the way. He really knows the housing market, which is what you need to make sure you get the best outcome as a client! Also, his marketing is top notch! 😅 I loved the video he put together of my house!
