My experience with eXp Realty and agent Peter Castellucci was extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. After signing a buyer–broker agreement in good faith, Peter made a major error during a showing that caused us to skip the unit we were actually most interested in. Denise Shawntae Niles is a realtor through Exp Realty in Arizona, I received communications that I found disturbing and concerning, including emails from her and additional messages from her daughter. I’ve included screenshots to support my review. I can’t recommend her services, I do not suggest doing any business with her.

Steven Wells knew we were in a tricky market and offered to lower his commission if he needed to so we could break even and not owe anything at settlement. After we negotiated a contract we were told we would break even. However , Steven Wells had been given the settlement papers well before signing showing we would owe a LOT. He gave us no warning and was not there at signing so we were blindsided and SO pressured into signing that day. His commission was higher than the buyers realtor.
