Steven Wells knew we were in a tricky market and offered to lower his commission if he needed to so we could break even and not owe anything at settlement. After we negotiated a contract we were told we would break even. However , Steven Wells had been given the settlement papers well before signing showing we would owe a LOT. He gave us no warning and was not there at signing so we were blindsided and SO pressured into signing that day. His commission was higher than the buyers realtor. Exp is predatory including ALL is employees… using intimidation tactics.. just because they want a house or a neighborhood full of them to either flip,turn into bnb..or just to run out “ undesirable “ people.. exp has been hitting neighborhoods for a long time including mine and exp realtors don’t like when homeowners say no… exp pays almost nothing for homes but if something catches their eye.. they tend to try to scare and/or force people from their homes… LOTS of neighborhoods going through that includes my own… that need... read more
