My house has been on the market for 40 days. They keep wanting me to drop the price by $30,000 but won’t tell me the reasons behind why the price needs to drop. communication is awful. I will never go through EXP Realty again. I’d give 0 stars

I used Gina to sell my old home and buy my new construction house. Gina negotiated a selling price higher than I expected and help with the builder during construction. We used Gina as a realtor in 2020 as a recommendation from online when we wanted to see a house. She was terrible! She wasn’t there for the first showing when my husband went to meet with the builder for our new construction house, she showed up when he went for the signing of the contract to build our house. After the signing, she completely disappeared, wasn’t there to help with any of the process or negotiation.
