eXp Realty presented me a signed non-contingent, cash offer on my house. I accepted the offer. Signed it and returned it before the deadline. Then 20 minutes latter eXp Realty sent me a withdrawal notification. But this was a "non-contingent" and "cash". The withdrawal notification had no reason listed on it for the withdrawal. We had a signed binding contract. How could they withdraw? My only recourse is through the courts which they know I can't afford the cost or time so they did this. Be aware of this agency's behavior.
