Jason Mills is extremely shady, and makes promises that he does not keep. He says he will do work to the property but falls through on his promises and the work never gets done. Properties that he fixes up don't truly get fixed, he just tries to cover the problems/issues. Be wary when buying from him.
Sold a house a year and a half ago, with a real estate agent from this company, after the way I was treated I will never buy another house again with any real estate agent because of the person that I had.
